Apply for Fellowship or Membership

Only current Associate members can apply to upgrade to Fellowship or Membership.

If you are a current Associate member, and you are nearing completion of Fellowship or Membership requirements, now is the time to submit your application to upgrade.

Fellowship is the highest level of ACLM membership. Member level of membership is lower than Fellowship. As outlined in the requirements, Members have a lower level of legal or forensic qualification and/or fewer years of clinical experience than Fellows.

There is a non-refundable application processing fee of $110. 
Once approved, your annual fees will be $550 per annum.
These fees apply to both Fellowship and Membership.

Step 1: Download and complete the appropriate application form below. 

Step 2: Gather certified copies of all supporting documentation. Both Fellowship and Membership applications require:

• Recent photograph of yourself
• CERTIFIED COPY of ID (1 item) either Passport, Driver’s License or Birth Certificate
• Digital copy of your current certificate of medical/dental registration
• CERTIFIED COPIES of medical/dental degree and transcripts
• CERTIFIED COPIES of any post graduate medical or dental training qualifications
• CERTIFIED COPIES of legal or forensic training degree and transcripts
• Current and complete Curriculum Vitae (include all positions held since graduation and any publications)
• Evidence of any awards
