Associate

Associate membership is for doctors or dentists who are actively working towards Fellowship or Membership level; or have definite plans to study legal or forensic qualifications; or are already working in legal or forensic medicine. Review the Membership Requirements here.

Before you begin:

1. Download the Associate application form here and complete it: ASSOCIATE APPLICATION FORM

2. Gather all required supporting documentation:

• Recent photograph of yourself
• CERTIFIED COPY of ID (1 item) either Passport, Driver’s License or Birth Certificate
• Digital copy of your current certificate of medical/dental registration
• CERTIFIED COPIES of medical/dental degree
• CERTIFIED COPIES of legal or forensic training degree and transcripts 
• If applicable – Evidence of current Legal/Forensic university course enrolment (if applicable)
